She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from University of Science, Arts, and Technology, College of Medicine-Olveston, Montserrat, her Masters of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), and her bachelor's degree in Human Physiology from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She was awarded the 2018 Role Model Award from the Roselle Area NAACP Chapter. Dr. Olayinka is a self-starter with strong work ethics, uncompromised integrity and high professional standards. Her passion and exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and empower individuals and teams serves as her daily driving force. Dr. Olayinka serves as the Program director for the iRead Summer Program which is a community focused, faith based initiative at Agape House of Worship Roselle NJ, whose goal is to encourage elementary school students in Roselle to maintain their motivation to learn and progress in their reading capabilities during their summer vacation period. Dr. Olayinka also serves as member on the MyGOAL Inc. Enrichment Grant review board, a program that awards grants that enable families to take advantage of socialization and educational opportunities designed for individuals with special needs. Above-all, Dr. Olayinka is a wife and mom. Her family serves as daily motivation to work hard and continue to strive to be the best version of herself.
