  • VA file number/copy of VA Award letter
  • Transcripts from previous college or university


Chapter 1606 and 1607 (Guard and Reserve)

  • Notice of Basic Eligibility (NOBE)

Chapter 31 (Vocational Rehabilitation)

  • VA Form 28-1905 Authorization and Certification of Entrance or Reentrance into Rehabilitation and Certification of Status (issued by Vocation Rehabilitation Counselor)
