About the SGA

Since 1925, the William Paterson Student Government Association has worked and advocated on behalf of the student body to improve the Pioneer Experience for the students and staff of our institution.

The Student Government Association deals in all areas of student affairs, overseeing the administration of student-run organizations, disbursement of the Student Activities Fee, and striving to resolve the problems of William Paterson students in and out of the classroom.

In addition to service on behalf of your peers, leadership and networking opportunities, the SGA provides stipends for work performed on behalf of your peers, in addition to free notary and printing services.

By participating in a tradition of leadership and service, you can craft the tools and skills to make your mark on your peers, your campus, and your world.

Student Government Association Meetings are held on Tuesdays in UC171 A/B from 5pm - 7pm
Attendance is open to the public.
