Compliance with University’s COVID-19 Vaccination policy: Once an employee receives login credentials from Information Technology, they are required to upload proof of full vaccination via COVID 19-Vaccination Portal no later than five (5) business days prior to the start of employment.

If requesting a medical or religious exemption please email the Office of Payroll and Employee Benefits at no later than five (5) business days prior to the start of employment. Those with approved medical or religious exemptions will be subject to regular COVID-19 testing, and will be required to wear masks while indoors on campus and maintain appropriate social distance wherever possible.
