The Cotsakos College of Business offers many experiential learning opportunities to its students including internships, business practicums, student professional advancement badges (formerly "Professional Enrichment"), case competitions, and mentoring programs, among others.  The Crux of Industry Niche (the COIN) is an initiative that provides industry-focused and scalable boot camps to supplement the existing programs at the Cotsakos College of Business.

This summer's 5th Annual industry boot camp will take place from Monday, July 29 through Thursday, August 1, 2019 at the 1600 Valley Road campus. Scholarships will be awarded during Thursday's Barbecue.  William Paterson University students majoring or minoring in Business (accounting, finance, financial planning, global business, management, marketing, professional sales) or Economics and attended all 4 days will be eligible for a CCOB COIN Project Scholarship.

COIN Boot Camp Schedule

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

  • 8:30 AM - Sign-in and Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM - Morning Session Begins
  • 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM - Lunch
  • 12:30 PM - Afternoon Session Begins
  • 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Individual Career Development Appointments

Thursday

  • 8:30 AM - Sign-in and Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM - Morning Session
  • 12:30 - 2:00 - Networking and Scholarship Barbecue
