Xinggang Wang was invited as a visiting artist by CCART from November 6 to December 12, 2014 for Sculpture Demonstration: Life Drawing and artist residency at William Paterson University.

Xiaofu Yu, a famous Chinese artist and Vice President of the Shanghai Artists Association, was invited to present an oil painting demonstration for the faculty and students as well as for the local committee on Wednesday, April 30, 2014.

Xiaofu Yu is an iconic figure in China’s Shanghai School art scene. In 1984, his painting Tenderly I Knocked on the Door had created a nationwide sensation in the Chinese art world. Yu also won the Bronze medal of the Seventh National Art Exhibition in 1989; Gold medal of the first Shanghai Art Exhibition in 2001; and silver medal of the Tenth National Art Exhibition in 2004.
