  • IT and support: firstdraft knowledge base articles, ticket triage suggestions (with human review), troubleshooting checklists.
  • Student-facing services: templated responses to common questions (reviewed and approved), improving consistency of information, summarizing policy changes for different audiences.
  • Meetings and planning: agendas, action item extraction, project plans, and risk registers (based on human-provided inputs).
  • Data analysis support: explaining dashboards, suggesting chart types, drafting interpretations that are then validated by analysts.
