Undergraduate Bilingual/Bicultural Education Minor

The Bilingual/Bicultural Education minor is designed to prepare pre-service teachers to teach in K-12 bilingual programs. This program consists of 12 credit hours of coursework and 3 credit hours in Spanish literacy to be paired with an education major.

LEES Program provides scholarships for pre-service teachers to:

• Get prepared to support learners in bilingual/dual language programs
• Take 12 undergraduate-level credit hours
• Advance your skills in a 3-credit Spanish Literacy Across the Curriculum course
• Receive individualized Spanish language coaching
• Take the state-required language proficiency tests and/or Praxis exams
