What does life after William Paterson University look like for you? The College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences created innovative programming to ensure our students are ready for life after they obtain their degree. As an undergraduate, you can become “career ready” with our Career Ready initiative by procuring these eight competencies, identified by The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), employers search for in candidates.
