The Russ Berrie Professional Sales Laboratory In 2003, the Russ Berrie Professional Sales Laboratory opened its doors. The facility is fully equipped with video role-playing, live video streaming, video conferencing and distance learning technology, allowing course and program deliver onsite and to remote locations. The professional sale lab supports the B.S. in Professional Sales, M.S. in Sales Leadership, RBI Sales Triathlon, National Sales Challenge and RBI Corporate Training programs. These programs provide professional sales education and training in professional selling, negotiations, global sales, sales management, key account management, sales information systems, sales leadership, sale talent acquisition, sales process and design, financial and business acumen, and data-driven decision making.
