Meadow Allen is a PsyD student at William Paterson University interested in studying the intersections of psychology, neuroscience, and compassionate healthcare.  She graduated summa cum laude with her bachelor's degree in psychology from Monmouth University in 2022. As a graduate research assistant in the Neuropsychology, Cognitive & Clinical Neuroscience Lab at WPU, her current research focuses on the therapeutic potential of medicinal marijuana for treatment-resistant epilepsy, with a keen interest in tailoring treatments to individual patient profiles. In addition to her academic pursuits, Meadow works with children battling acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and other medical conditions. This hands-on experience informs her studies and strengthens her commitment to patient-centered care. As an aspiring neuropsychologist, Meadow aims to bridge research and practice, improving outcomes for individuals facing neurological and neuropsychiatric challenges.
