The Garden State LSAMP is designed to increase the number of professionals from minority groups that are traditionally underrepresented in non-medical STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) fields.

GS-LSAMP is an NSF-funded program that provides academic support and specialized advising for students from historically underrepresented groups who wish to enter non-medical STEM professions. William Paterson
