Did you publish in 2025

The Cheng Library staff is pleased to honor and celebrate our university colleagues whose research and scholarship has resulted in books, journal articles and other substantial works – including media – with a bibliography of materials published or released within the 2025 calendar year.

The University Authors Reception is scheduled on March 12, 2026, before Spring Break. Please submit your publication(s) in Faculty Success by February 2, 2026.

Publications should not be submitted directly to the Cheng Library. Information on your published materials should be entered into Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures) for inclusion in this year’s 2026 author bibliography. Only entries in Faculty Success will be included, and entries must be listed as “Published.” Please be certain your articles include the name of the publishing Journal. Be sure to check the status of your articles and submit the information before the deadline below.

Enter your publication information into Faculty Success no later than Monday, February 2, 2026

Submissions will be handled by David Williams who will answer your questions related to Faculty Success entries.

We will contact authors following the February 2nd deadline to arrange for display copies of materials, if necessary.
