Hospitality Services Mission Statement The Department of Hospitality Services consists of dedicated professionals servicing the WPU community in the areas such as Dining Programs/Services, University Bookstore, University Commons Operations, Events & Conference Scheduling, ID/Pioneer Express Card, Entertainment Center, Information and Referral Desk and Campus Vending. The department’s mission incorporates a service philosophy that supports the University’s Student Success Plan and the respective Key Performance Indicators. Our ambition is to offer services that ensure a comfortable visit or stay, in a warm, welcoming and exciting environment for all members of our campus community and their guests. We make every effort to provide effective, efficient and responsive services that meet the expectations of our diverse student body. We are a dynamic department that recognizes the importance placed on utilizing technology, and keeping pace with progressively changing customer needs. We aspire to bestow a complete hospitality experience to our students, staff, faculty and visitors.
