EOF applicants must meet the income eligibility guidelines for household income based on size as determined yearly by the NJ Commission on Higher Education.

First-Time Freshmen Criteria for Admission
The decision to offer admission acceptance is based on a number of factors. These includes the quality of an applicant’s grades, types of courses taken, letters of recommendation, extracurricular/community involvement, and financial eligibility requirements as indicated by the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education of New Jersey.
Step 1: Complete a WPUNJ On-line Application
1. Submit your Official Transcripts with Cumulative GPA
Step 2: Complete Section I of the EOF 2021-2022 Application (On-line)
NOTE: Available under “My Application Status” once student has applied to WPUNJ
Step 3: Complete and Submit Section II of the EOF 2021-2022 Application
NOTE: Section II is emailed to EOF applicant after the completion of Step 2
Step 4: Submit Supporting and Financial Documents:
1. Submit Most Recent Report Card (to include Marking Period One of Senior Year)

Transfer Student Admission Process:
EOF transfer and readmit students must first be admitted into the university by the Office of Admissions. Once accepted student must submit a complete EOF application, supporting income documentation, and completed EOF sector transfer form from their last institution.
