Undergraduate students who earn a Supply Chain Logistics Certificate will be able to identify the stages of the organizational supply chain, specify the role of marketing in the inbound and outbound logistics systems, audit the supply chain management process for an existing or new firm, identify problems, provide recommendations, employ a supply chain logistics and project management vocabulary, apply basic project management principles to managing the supply chain, and evaluate the impact of environments on projects.

 

This certificate is appropriate for students in any business major with an interest in developing supply chain logistics skills and knowledge. Some or all of the courses may count toward one of the business majors. Students outside of business may also take this certificate.
