About

The Career Equity Conference is a powerful opportunity to advance equity, access, and inclusion in career development and employment. This event will empower students to advocate for themselves throughout the internship and job search process, and as they transition into the workplace. Additionally, it will serve as a critical space for educating career services professionals, faculty, staff, and employers on equitable hiring practices and effective strategies for supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
