Student Leadership

The William Paterson Leadership Academy empowers student leaders with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to turn ideas into successful campus experiences. Through Leadership Academy, students learn how to navigate the University’s policies, procedures, departments, and event-planning systems while developing the confidence to collaborate effectively with campus partners. Whether planning a large-scale program or a smaller student engagement initiative, participants gain practical tools to organize, promote, and execute events that meet university requirements and meaningfully serve the student body.
