Here/Now, an annual exhibition featuring William Paterson University student artwork, will be on view at the William Paterson University Galleries from April 13 through May 8, 2024. An award ceremony will take place on Tuesday, April 23 from 12:30 – 1:00 p.m., followed by an opening reception from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., in the Court Gallery, Ben Shahn Center for the Visual Arts.
Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and at other times by appointment. On view in the Court Gallery, this exhibition showcases a variety of media including drawing, illustration, painting, photography, sculpture, textiles, animation, and graphic design. William Paterson University Department of Art faculty members Myles Dunigan, Eileen Foti, Ashley Gerst, and James Lee juried the exhibition.

Also on view is Rita MacDonald: Pattern Recognition, an exhibition of works on paper by Rita MacDonald, a nationally known artist who was the winner of the 2025 Ink, Press, Repeat national juried competition for printmakers. The exhibition, on view through May 28, is curated by Ellen Hoobler, director of the University Galleries, with assistance from Cate Griffin, prior acting director of the Galleries.
