Current Title: Senior Quality Partner, Roche Molecular Systems

As a senior quality partner at Roche Molecular Systems, Noor Eldabagh acts as a liaison between the operations and quality and regulatory areas to ensure that the company’s diagnostic products are made with the utmost level of quality and compliance by supporting investigations, audits, change management, and product release. Prior to her current position at Roche, Noor worked in the company’s Operations Investigations Unit, where she investigated nonconformances and out-of-specification results occurring across the entire site. She used her scientific skills to design and perform experiments to determine root cause and impact to product, and her technical writing skills to succinctly capture the investigation details for review by internal and external auditors such as the FDA. Noor has been a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, including volunteering in ReStore branches in Wayne and Manville. She also volunteers for Grow a Row, which allows the opportunity to harvest fresh produce to be shared with families dealing with food insecurity.

Proudest Professional Accomplishment: “There are many things of which I am proud, but I still see myself as being most proud when I can help teach others. One of the recent things I am very proud of is a guidance document I compiled while pioneering a new tool to record nonconformances. This document is not only relied upon daily by the Operations Investigation Unit, but also referred to by colleagues throughout Roche globally! I am very happy to know that my efforts are making an impact with people that I may not even have met (yet)!”

WP Pride. “William Paterson laid the foundation for many of the key skills that I rely upon every day and have relied upon throughout my career, such as public speaking, clarity of communication, and excellent critical thinking and scientific understanding.”
