Proudest Professional Accomplishment: “Coaching executives has always been a key aspect of my role. Last year, I took a significant step in my professional development by pursuing certification with the International Coach Federation. After completing extensive training and examinations, I am proud that I have achieved my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation.”
WP Pride. “Although I was local to William Paterson, I always dreamed of experiencing campus life. When I applied to be a resident assistant and was selected, it felt like a significant opportunity. I often joke that my first experience in human resources began with my role in residence life. I truly enjoyed supporting students on their journeys and engaging with such a diverse group of peers. This experience not only enriched my college life but also instilled in me the confidence to embrace leadership.”
