Rajh Odi leverages data visualization and performance analytics to streamline workflow processes, facilitate informed decision-making, and optimize resource management. Throughout his career, Rajh has successfully built a robust talent strategy centered around the utilization of talent data to identify gaps and optimize recruitment processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions that streamline hiring workflows. His expertise in reporting on the outcomes of AI in recruitment has further enhanced the ability to attract and retain top talent, ensuring that the company’s strategies are both innovative and effective.
