Current Title: Senior 3D Artist, RealizedCare
Morgan Taylor is a senior 3D artist at Realized Care (formerly BehaVR), which works to provide solutions for a range of mental and behavioral health burdens, including chronic pain. Her responsibilities include creating immersive virtual reality environments, illustrations, and animations for the company’s products, and she is focused on designing the best interactive experiences possible. Among them is flagship product First Resort, which was nominated for Best Health Game at Games for Change 2023. Recently, Morgan co-created an indie video game called Descending which garnered several positive reviews in 80 Level and PCGamer magazines. Morgan began creating games at William Paterson when she made two games for her Honors College thesis and fine arts thesis project. As the first student to ever complete a playable video game for their thesis, she had to push herself to learn many skills, including programming, sound design, and game design.
Proudest Professional Accomplishment: “I am proud of the number of experiences and games I have made over the years. It takes so much passion to finish any creative project, especially video games. And having worked on more than 10 projects, I have gained so much knowledge and confidence in my creative process."
