Rosen will deliver the Latin American and Latinx Studies Lecture (Virtual): “The U.S. War on Drugs at Home, and in Mexico and Colombia.” Please see the poster attached. “This lecture examines the U.S. war on drugs at home and abroad. Furthermore, it analyzes drug trafficking and organized crime in Colombia and Mexico, and the role of the United States government in counter-narcotics policies.
