The Financial Aid Bookstore Deferment for the Fall 2025 semester will be available from August 13 – September 27, 2025
Students may purchase books and supplies using pending financial aid that remains after tuition and fees are deducted. Students who have anticipated aid in excess of their tuition and fees may purchase up to $816 at the campus bookstore
Students must have a CREDIT balance with the University after all charges are paid in full.
Students must have completed all their financial aid requirements.

Please note: Changes in enrollment may impact your financial aid. Students are responsible for any semester balance due resulting from changes in enrollment after the bookstore deferment is processed.
You can purchase your books and/or other course materials in-person or online by visiting the bookstore website and following the directions below.

After September 27, 2025, the restriction is lifted, and you will be able to utilize unused bookstore deferment funds anywhere Pioneer Express is accepted.
