Housing Accommodations for Students Requesting Emotional Support Animals (ESA)

The University has available living accommodations for students presenting a need for an Emotional Support Animal (ESA).  The process to request for accommodation begins with the Accessibility Resource Center, but we do ask students to indicate on their housing application that they will be applying for an ESA housing accommodation.   This information can be indicated in the special accommodations section on the application.

If an ESA is approved, our office will work with the student regarding their housing assignment and the approvals that are needed before the support animal can be brought to campus.
