We are now members of Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission (MRESC), which is a county cooperative (local government). This cooperative holds a number of contracts some of which we may choose to utilize. It is important to advise you that county colleges work under a different set of regulations than the 4 year colleges, therefore purchasing will require that where value of orders reaches $4,600 we need the companies BRC. At $17,500 the company must certified under Political Contributions and where the value of services exceeds $32,100 we require a copy of the companies NJ Certificate of Employee Information Report. Requisitions entered using an MRESC vendor should note it is a cooperative contract – MRSEC.
