R193-23 Boiler Maintenance and Repair Services.

This request for proposal is for a multi-year contract covering boiler cleaning, inspection, maintenance, repair and new installations for all boilers located on the campuses of William Paterson University.  Prevailing wage and certified payroll compliance is a requirement of this contract.

Notice: Public Notice issued in The Star-Leger newspaper on November 22, 2022.

Non-Mandatory Site Inspection:  A non-mandatory inspection of existing boilers will be accommodated by contacting Scott Bowersox, Physical Plant Operations, at bowersoxs@wpunj.edu to schedule an inspection to take place during the period of December 5, 2022 to December 16, 2022. Requests must be received no later than 12:00 Noon on December 2, 2022.

Last Day to Submit Written Questions: The last day to submit questions is 4:30 PM on December 28, 2022.   All questions are to be submitted in writing via e-mail to Steve Sondey, Director of Purchasing at sondeys@wpunj.edu.  All questions received will be answered and posted below.  NOTE POSTED 12/31/22: No questions were received.

Addendum To Be Issued (if necessary): January 17, 2023.  If an addendum is issued it will be posted below.  NOTE POSTED 01/13/23: There are no specification changes. No addendum will be issued.  

Submission Due Date: All submissions are due no later than 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 26, 2023.  Proposals are to be submitted as an electronic PDF attachment e-mailed to purchasing@wpunj.edu.
