On this page are the required documents needed for attending any of our Youth Programs.

Information Regarding On-Campus Classes

We are pleased to be able to offer exciting weeks and weekends of learning and fun throughout the year. Below please find information regarding drop-off, pick-up, and lunch (if applicable).

On-Campus Required Forms

Students coming to campus for Enrichment Classes or for Summer Life are required to have the following forms submitted via email or fax the week before the first day of class. Students who do not have their forms submitted will not be allowed to participate until the forms have been submitted.

Cancellation Policy

If SCPE Pre-College Youth Programs must cancel any program due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund. If you need to withdraw from a program, a written notice is required at least 5 business days before your program begins in order to receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

Information Regarding Online Classes

Students taking an online enrichment class with William Paterson University's Pre-College Youth Programs are subject to the Ethics and Code of Conduct for virtual learning.  Therefore, the following form must be signed and submitted via email or fax the week before the first day of class. Students who do not have their forms submitted will not be allowed to participate until the forms have been submitted.

Cancellation Policy for Online Classes Only

Notification must be received in writing by the end of the first-day of the online youth program to receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. If the written cancellation is received on the second day of class, parents will receive credit towards another youth program course during the current session. NO refunds or credits will be given after the second day of the program. Please send all youth program cancellation notifications to: youthprograms@wpunj.edu
