If you are a tech-savvy college student experienced in social media, digital marketing, digital media, professional sales, public relations, and virtual events, we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop engaging content. You should be a 'people person' with excellent customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. You will help us manage the Mighty Networks online community, moderate discussions, spotlight members, respond to members' posts, generate engagement, create content to share in the community, and coordinate virtual events. You will also assist with digital marketing and digital media projects. You will work closely with the Operations Manager of the Russ Berrie Institute for Professional Sales to deliver a successful experience to all participants. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. Responsibilities Set up and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with online community goals and objectives Provide an engaging copy, image, and video content for boot camp online community and social media accounts Respond to comments and community member queries promptly Monitor boot camp online community and social media accounts to ensure brand consistency Organize and participate in virtual events to build an online community and boost brand awareness Assist with management of virtual events and webinars Build relationships with students and industry professionals Encourage the online community to engage and network daily Create marketing videos and other marketing related content Assist with other RBI related projects and sales educational programs Stay up to date with digital technology trends Requirements In pursuit of a degree in Professional Sales, Marketing, Communications or relevant field Experience with social media management or community management Ability to interpret digital analytics and online community engagement metrics Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent writing skills Superior graphic design and digital content creation skills Hands-on experience with social media management for brands Knowledge of digital marketing and social media channels Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Zoom, Canva Experience with graphic design adn video editing Attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to use desktop and mobile social media apps Ability to work with team members
