INFORMATION FOR
Presented in collaboration with The New Jersey Jazz Society
The countless accomplishments of virtuoso pianist Dick Hyman’s 60-year career have made him a dean of jazz piano. From being Benny Goodman’s pianist to his TV career as pianist/organist on popular shows like Sing Along with Mitch and Beat the Clock, as well as composing several Woody Allen film scores, there’s no wonder why Hyman earned Hall of Fame status at Rutgers’ Jazz Studies Institute and the New Jersey Jazz Society. This concert brings Hyman’s encyclopedic repertoire and virtuoso touch and technique to the Shea Center stage.
Admission: General Public $15 • WP faculty, staff, alumni, and senior citizens $12 • Non-William Paterson students • $8 WP students are admitted free. All tickets are an additional $3 on show day.
