Halcyon Trio Will Perform at William Paterson University on February 22

The Halcyon Trio, featuring Brett Deubner on the violin, Andy Lamy on the clarinet, Gary Kirkpatrick on the piano and special guest Jerry O’Sullivan on the Irish uilleann pipes, will perform at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 22, at William Paterson University in Wayne. The performance, which will include works by Mozart, Max Bruch, and Alfred Uhl, will take place in Hobart Manor on campus as part of the Musical Salon Series.

Tickets are available at the Shea Center Box Office in advance at 973.720.2371 or Admission is $15; $12 for faculty, staff, alumni and senior citizens; and $8 for non-William Paterson students. William Paterson students are admitted free with valid I.D.

The award-winning Halcyon Trio consistently receives rave reviews for its energetic style and compelling repertoire. Pianist Gary Kirkpatrick, a music professor at William Paterson, has performed in concert and on television and radio broadcasts in more than 40 countries. Violist Brett Deubner has performed at major festivals and has toured with the London Symphony Orchestra. Clarinetist Andrew Lamy has performed with a number of orchestras including the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra and the New York Philharmonic.
