  1. Students will have to record to the cloud to have themselves seen as well as their shared screen.
  2. In Settings, under Recording, they will have to make sure to check Record active speaker with shared screen 
  3. Once they have received notification that the recording is ready, they will have to upload the video (2-5 mins maximum) to YouTube as an UNLISTED video Only YouTube links are supported in our conference platform. See support links below for help with this.
  4. Once they have their abstract, poster and video ready, they must submit their presentation at symposium.foragerone.com/gslsamp21/submission
  5. Submissions are due by 11:59 PM on Sunday, February 28.
