Vital Theatre Presents “Angelina Ballerina, The Musical” at William Paterson University November 17 Vital Theatre will present “Angelina Ballerina, the Musical” on Saturday, November 17, 2012, at William Paterson University in Wayne. The show will be held at 2 p.m. in the University’s Shea Center for Performing Arts. Tickets are available in advance or on the day of the performance at $20 for adults and $16 for children. Group rates are also available. “Angelina Ballerina, the Musical” is based on the popular storybooks and PBS KIDS animated series. The story follows Angelina, a ballerina with big goals, learning from her mistakes and inspiring young girls to follow their dreams. Vital Theatre is New York City’s leading non-profit family theatre. It was founded in 1999 and has presented more than 75 original productions since. Vital Theatre Company has been honored with many awards such as 2012 Off-Broadway Alliance Award Best Family Show, Off-Off Broadway Review Awards for Excellence and American Theatre Wing Award for Continued Commitment to Excellence in Theatre. They also partnered with Brooklyn Theatre Arts High School to implement theatre into schools through New York City.
