Andrew started full-time as a User Support Specialist in August 2017. Before beginning the full-time position, he worked in a part-time capacity for several years.
In addition to general technology support for the William Paterson University community, one of Andrew's main responsibilities is overseeing all technical support for the campus Xerox multifunction device fleet.
