Microsoft is offering a new feature called FindTime. This tool eliminates the need for Doodle polls or email exchanges to schedule meetings. FindTime integrates with Outlook and shows what days and times work the best for you and the attendees using free/busy data in our calendars. Information Technology has successfully tested FindTime and we encourage you to try it!
