Today's business world is far more complex with the ubiquitous social media posing constant challenges to marketers and communicators. A global corporation or a small business cannot be successful if it does not have a crisis communication plan in place. Based on two global crises that were personally managed for a software firm based out of India and London, we can examine briefly the critical elements of a good communication plan.
