Pioneer Leadership Institute (PLI) Badge — your NEXT move to strengthen your Will Power!
Pioneer Leadership Institute (PLI) is a program for first year students. Students learn about leadership concepts, their personal leadership style, the importance of being part of a team, their areas of strength and improvement, and how to apply their leadership skills inside and outside of the classroom. Students will participate in:
New students who successfully complete all components of the program will be invited to a recognition ceremony and receive their first digital leadership badge, which will be highlighted on their engagement portfolio. Both accomplishments will make the student’s undergraduate experience unique and rewarding!
