During Explorations 2025, the Library was thrilled to celebrate student scholarly achievements and creative works. The Library partnered with the Student Government Association Academic Affairs Committee to collect student research papers, academic posters, and artistic works as part of a Student Explorations Exhibit in the Library. The materials were proudly displayed in a dedicated display case on the Library's first floor
Explorations is a university wide celebration, which highlights faculty, staff, administrator, and student research, scholarship, and creative expression. The celebration exemplifies the breadth and quality of academic achievement at the University.
The Library hosts an annual Authors Reception and publishes the University Author’s Bibliography to recognize faculty, staff, and administrator authors. This event, publication, and student exhibit capture the scholarly achievements of our University community.
To accompany the Explorations Student Exhibit, the Library hosted its Second Annual LEARN Badge Recognition Ceremony. The Library experienced tremendous growth in student participation in the LEARN Badge in 2025, with 19 students completing the Badge. Several new programs supporting student academic achievement were added in 2025.
The Library is dedicated to continuing our efforts to recognize student work, support student learning, and celebrate scholarly achievement.
