Are You Career Ready?

The College of Humanities and Social Sciences created innovative programming to ensure our students are ready for life after they obtain their degree.  Our Career Ready initiative explores the 8 competencies you should master while a student at William Paterson and several ways in which you can master them as an undergraduate student! Attend the Careers & Cupcakes Event to learn more.

We are also offering Drop-In Advisement Hours with our HSS Career Development Specialist, Caitlin Giordano.

The Career Development Center is an office dedicated to helping William Paterson students develop and transition into professionals in the working world.

The Pesce Family Mentor program is a great way to get connected with a mentor as an undergraduate student.
