Listservs

Listservs can be useful in supporting research, grant writing or management, or other academic interests.

  • To subscribe to a list, send subscribe listname yourfirstname yourlastname to the listserver address. The listname is the word before the colon, and the listserver address is the email address provided below the listname and description. For example, to subscribe to AERA, you need to send a message "subscribe AERA yourfirstname yourlastname" (without quotes) to the address listserv@asuvm.inre.asu.edu
  • To get more information about each listserv, send info listname to the listserver address.
  • Submit a name to the Office of Sponsored Programs, include name of the listserv, what the name stands for, and the listserv address.
