Summer Housing Information Guidelines for Summer 2019 Housing Application All Students MUST be registered for at least one summer course first Summer housing availability is limited and will be awarded based on the date the summer housing application is received. A $150 housing deposit is NOT required for the summer. When submitting your summer housing application, please attach a printed copy of your summer class schedule and submit it to our office with your application. Summer housing will only be provided for the weeks that students are enrolled in courses. Summer Housing Costs Double Occupancy Room - $230.00/week Single Occupancy/Grad Single - $293.13/week Summer housing charges are billed in one charge based on the number of weeks contracted. Payment must be made for all summer housing charges prior to summer move-in. Please work with the Center for Enrollment Services & Financial Aid to assist you with payment options. Summer Move In Current Residents – all current spring 2019 residents are required to fully move out of their spring assignment and move back into Hillside Hall on Monday, May 20th between 9am and 4pm. Approved Extended Stay Students – any student who is approved to stay on campus between the end of the spring and the start of the summer semester will be relocated to one building on campus. Extended stay students will move into Hillside Hall on Sunday, May 19th. (Keys must be picked up from Hillside Hall between 10am and 12pm) New Residents – all new residents for summer 2019 will check in on Monday, May 20th between 9am and 4pm. Students will need to provide proof of the meningitis vaccination before they will be permitted to move in. Students may contact The Counseling, Health and Wellness if you have any questions. All summer residents are expected to move out of their summer housing assignment 24 hours after their final class/exam. All students are to check out via the Express Check Out Process. The summer Session ends on August 7th, so all summer residents are expected to move out of Hillside Hall by 4pm on Thursday, August 8th. The University does not provide meal plans during the summer months. Please use the website for any updates about dining locations that are open over the summer.
