Here To Serve You! Office Hours The White Hall Office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm and 8:00pm – 10:00 pm. It is also open on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00pm – 10:00pm. We are available to assist you with any questions you have regarding White Hall or maintenance concerns, retrieving packages, and much more! The White Hall office is located on the 1st floor of White Hall, room 110. To contact us via phone please call 973-720-3530. Work Orders The best way to report a work order concern about your room or residence hall is to stop by the hall office during office hours. If you are unable to stop by the hall office, please send a detailed e-mail message to your Resident Director regarding what needs to be addressed. Room Reservations The White Hall 1st floor lounge is available for students to reserve for programs and open events. This lounge is not available for closed meetings. If you would like to reserve the 1st floor lounge please visit the White Hall Office or call 973-720-3530 for more information. Overnight Guest Registration For anyone who is interested in having an overnight guest, a registration form needs to be completed. You can pick one up at the White Hall office, or simply download it here. Overview of White Hall White Hall features a community of graduate students assigned to single rooms on the 1st, and 3rd floors. The single rooms share a bathroom with a connecting single room. The hall has four floors, (no elevator). Upper class students may also request to live in this community on the 4th floor in double rooms, and must be age 20 by the start of the semester. There is a main lounge in the building, as well as kitchens on the 1st and 3rd floors. Free laundry machines are available in the building. The community has wireless Internet, and is air-conditioned. Approximate size of a room is 11'6" X 15'6". White Hall is also the location of our 9 month housing students who remain on campus over the Thanksgiving, Winter and Spring breaks. The potential for housing during break periods and summer, at extra cost, is available to students who meet certain criteria.
