Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes has been a New Jersey mainstay since the 1970s when Ocean Grove native Southside Johnny Lyon formed the band with Steve Van Zandt. Formerly the house band at the Stone Pony, the Jukes have shared close ties with Bruce Springsteen, often recording and performing his songs as well as sharing the stage many times. More than one hundred musicians have performed with the Jukes including E-Streeters Clarence Clemons, Max Weinberg, Garry Tallent, Patti Scialfa and Soozie Tyrell, and Jon Bon Jovi has modeled his own concert performances on the band.
Now comprised of Glenn Alexander on guitar, Chris Anderson on trumpet, John Conte on bass, John Isley on sax, Jeff Kazee on piano, Neal Pawley on trombone, and Tom Seguso on drums, Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes will bring their legendary New Jersey sound to the stage for an unforgettable performance.
