Self-Development Modules (Fall 2020): Modules consist of various workshops/tutorials/activities to expose students to experiences that they may not engage/participate in on their own. These experiences are made to link students’ academics with resources at the University, develop and serve students' leadership and wellness skills, and provide students the chance to take advantage of civic engagement opportunities. Students are required to complete three (3) Self-Development Modules by the end of the semester. Due dates are as follows: September 21st; October 19th; and November 9th. The two required Modules are : Achieving Academic Success & Well-Being Modules. For students' 3rd Module, they are to choose from the following two: Self-Directed Learning for Digital Skills or Civic Engagement. Module information is available on New Student Programs website and/or within the Modules tab in students’ WPS 1010 BB shell: description, requirements, how students’ attendance (participation) will be verified - surveys/certificate; and Final Reflection Questions that must be submitted/uploaded as an assignment in BB to students’ respective Will.Power.101 facilitator.
