CAREER READINESS IS A PRIORITY. Taking a social justice approach, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion module will discuss concepts such as inclusion, power, privilege, identities, and communication as well as strategies related to ally behavior, self-care, and creating inclusive spaces. Students who complete the module satisfy the mandatory criteria of the Social Justice Leadership Badge Program. See all SJLB Requirements.

It's Easy! The module has 5 sections. Each section takes under 8 minutes to complete. Students can complete at their own pace. A progress bar can be viewed on the student’s dashboard. Students have been able to complete the badge within one semester and join the WP Leads Honor Society.

Training on diversity issues and concepts enhances your leadership traits. WPUNJ students are high achieving and GOAL-ORIENTED. This training prepares Thought leaders and influencers to consider the contributions of people with diverse backgrounds, belief systems, lived experiences, levels of education, and abilities. The program also promotes the impact of decisions made for a socially just community where equity and accessibility are experienced by all.
