Phi Alpha Theta/History Honors Banquet

The Department of History's annual awards banquet celebrates our students' scholarship and service and inducts our newest members to the campus chapter of the Phi Alpha Theta History Honors Society. The Abram Kartch / Thomas Jefferson Lecture Series:

For over 30 years William Paterson University has hosted this annual lecture series fostering appreciation for American history among North Jersey public school educators and students. New Jersey History Day:

Program Director Nancy-Norris Bauer of the WPUNJ Professional Development School Network serves as the New Jersey State Coordinator for the National History Day contest. William Paterson University also hosts the finals of this annual state academic competition for middle and high school students to interpret history as they try to advance to the National History Contest:
