A new translation of Italian playwright/activist Dario Fo’s classic play about working-class citizens rebelling against the high price of food. Two friends become part of a supermarket frenzy, leading to hilarious circumstances, with a message of equality for all.

University Theatre presents My Wonderful Day by Alan Ayckbourn Directed by WP professor Jerry Beal
Nine-year-old Winnie has to write an essay describing everything that happened to her. As she sits in her house and observes the goings on around her, the essay becomes considerably more than anything she had expected. The mastery of Alan Ayckbourn’s craft is shown in another extraordinary blend of comedy and pathos that dissects contemporary English life.

In this comedic competition, WP students take suggestions from the audience and create improvisations, vying against each other for the highest score.
