The topic of personal branding is all over social media but now you can learn 1st hand from a professional on exactly what to do to create and build upon yours to help you stand out from the other thousands of college graduates. Jennifer Santiago graduated from East Stroudsburg University in 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality. She joined Enterprise that fall and within 18 months through her performance and leadership, she was running her own store. In 2004 she was then promoted to the Talent Acquisition department for Northern NJ. Jennifer facilitates presentations for professional development on the local college campuses, plans and executes events promoting diversity and inclusion, and manages the hiring and promotion process for candidates and employees in her territory. For the past 6 years, she has also been in a leadership role of her company’s Diversity team, driving results to diversify the workforce, mentoring, and organizing community-outreach. In 2011, her performance assisted her team in achieving an “Exceptional Achievement Award” and a “President’s Award” as a top-performing region in the company. In 2012 and 2014, Jennifer won Enterprise’s HR Exceptional Achievement Award ranking top in her company. She is also proud mother of daughter Lily and son Cameron.
