Admission Requirements

  • Cumulative grade point average of no less than 3.0 on 4.0 scale.
  • Minimum score of 500 on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or a minimum score of a 152 verbal and a 152 quantitative on the Graduate Record Examination(GRE).
  • Students who have an undergraduate GPA above 3.0 from an AACSB-accredited institution and those with advanced degrees, such as PhD, EdD, JD and MD will be waived from the GMAT and GRE requirements.

As industry continues to evolve so does the need for adaptive Human Resource Managers.Today’s human resource professionals must understand topics related to organizational leadership, staffing, conflict resolution, federal and state regulations and must possess the necessary skills to drive organizational culture.  Our Human Resource concentration area is focused on best practices as identified by SHRM the Society of Human Resource Managers and plays into our thematic curriculum highlighting innovation, strategy and career preparedness.  Students will learn concepts in human resources through a combination of theoretical case studies as well as practical application that connects our professionals directly to industry.
